Reasonable Modification Policy

River Bend Transit (RBT) is committed to providing safe, accessible, and nondiscriminatory transportation services consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations. RBT will make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures when necessary to avoid discrimination and ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.  RBT will consider requests for reasonable modifications to its services, policies, and procedures to provide individuals with disabilities full and equal opportunity to use transit services.
