Designated by the Iowa Department of Transportation, River Bend Transit (RBT) serves as the regional public transit agency for Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott counties.

Since beginning operations in 1978 as Iowa’s first regional consolidated transit system, RBT has focused on breaking down transportation barriers.
